How to Pay

All new customers will be required to pay via Bank Wire transfer, or for orders under 5,000 can use Zelle or PayPal but will have to add an additional PayPal Fee of 3%. Established and repeat customers can establish terms with their salesman after a minimum of 10 orders. All customers must provide resale certificates or international paperwork of proof of business to avoid being charged Sales Tax. We do not collect tax on any items if the paperwork has submitted, We can provide references to any client upon request.

How to get your order

We can deliver or allow a scheduled pickup to any local customers within the Miami area at no extra charge. We can also ship any order Via FedEX or USPS. All packages will be shipped in strong packages and be fully insured, however if using a freight forwarder we will only take responsibility for the package until it gets delivered to the forwarder. We can help international customers set up an account with freight forwarders.

How to handle a return

We accept returns for items that are defective within 30 days of purchase (60 for international costumers). Any returned inventory may be replaced for the exact same or similar item or repaired and returned. We do not accept returns on any items that have been customer damaged or have had parts swapped.
